KEEPER'S HOUSE EXHIBITION: The Tunnel: A Passage Through History

KEEPER'S HOUSE EXHIBITION: The Tunnel: A Passage Through History

Sunday, December 16, 2018 - 1:00pm to Sunday, June 16, 2019 - 4:00pm

Keeper’s House:  Saturdays and Sundays at 1-4 pm through July 2019

This exhibition answers the question, “How did the engineering miracle of the Aqueduct actually happen 175 years ago?”

The exhibit contains early engineering drawings and plans and traces how the the Aqueduct structures evolved.

The exhibit may be of particular interest to those who know the importance  of STEM ( science, technology, engineering and math ) in our schools.

But all who love the Aqueduct and are proud to have a National Historic Landmark in the neighborhood will be intrigued with the personalities and credentials of the brilliant people who made it happen.
