Aquefest 2026 is a wrap!

Last Saturday we celebrated the Old Croton Aqueduct with music and activities for all ages. Over 400 people attended! The weather was perfect, the mood was festive, and everyone had a great time.

Kids loved the horse and buggy rides, puppet show, petting farm, Aqueduck water flume and Penny Lick Ice Cream.

Adults loved learning about the prehistoric settlements in Wicker’s Creek, the role of Irish labor in creating the tunnel, and talking with a 19th century stonemason.

Dogs loved participating in the puppy parade and getting doggie treats.

And everyone loved the Irish music and dancers!
