Become a Friend and take an active role in fulfilling our mission to preserve, protect and maintain this State Historic Park and National Historic Landmark for generations to come.
The Friends have many exciting projects in the works, from developing new trail signs, to transforming the last remaining Keeper's House along the trail into the Old Croton Aqueduct Visitor and Eduction Center. We are ever increasing our outreach to area neighbors, educators and schools in an effort to keep the history of this amazing local resource alive. And with your help, we can do more.
As a member, you'll receive our Newsletter--published several times a year--filled with in-depth articles about the history and culture of The Aqueduct tunnel and trail. There you will find news of guided "tunnel tours," guided walks, information about our annual Aquefest and other events.
New members also receive their choice of one of our two full-color maps--the Westchester Section of the trail, or the New York City Section--FREE.
We hope you will join us.
