A colored arch drawing, originally in black and white, by Croton engineer F.B. Tower, from his book, Illustrations of the Croton Aqueduct, as it looked with the original wooden trestle bridge passing beneath. A water powered mill was situated nearby on the Sing Sing Kill.

Detailed drawing, with measurements, of iron lining installed in aqueduct crossing over Sing Sing Kill within the large arch. The method was a further attempt to prevent leakage that could threaten the structure of the bridge.
